With Support from the Rockefeller Foundation, Urban Design Team Proposes Outer Borough Light Rail
As derailments and train delays bring the "summer of hell" into sharp focus, the Regional Plan Association and Rockefeller Foundation have come up with some long range solutions.
Four teams consisting of architects, urban planners and designers were awarded $45,000 from the RPA and Rockefeller to address community development and environmental protection in four different tri-state areas.
