Rockefeller Brothers Fund President Stephen Heintz to Receive Council on Foundations Distinguished Service Award
The Council on Foundations today announced that it will honor Stephen Heintz, President of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, with its 2018 Distinguished Service Award.
First presented in 1984, the Distinguished Service Award is known as philanthropy's highest honor, according to the Council on Foundations website. The Award “highlights those who not only have accomplished a great deal in the field of philanthropy, but have done so while exemplifying the intellect, integrity, and leadership to which the field aspires.” Previous recipients include David and Lucile Packard of The David and Lucile Packard Foundation (1994), Steven A.
