16 emerging arts organizations across the country receive three years of unrestricted operating capital as a surprise award.
New York- The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation (RRF) has chosen 16 boundary-pushing organizations to receive its second round of SEED grants, unrestricted operating capital that provides support to recipients in their earliest stages, allowing them to build the capacity and programming that ensure growth and longevity. Selected from five culturally rich but underfunded regions, the grantees will receive $10,000 per year for three years. This year's grantees are based in Boise, Idaho; Buffalo, New York; Cleveland, Ohio; Kansas City, Missouri; and Phoenix, Arizona. Working in partnership with local cultural leaders, the Foundation selected each grantee for its unique contributions to their communities.
