RE.invest Initiative to Partner With Eight Cities to Develop Resilient Stormwater Systems

The Rockefeller Foundation-funded initiative is a two-year effort to help municipalities rethink the way they design, plan, implement and finance infrastructure.

In the aftermath of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Sandy, the RE.invest Initiative today announced it has selected eight partner cities across the country to help develop resilient urban stormwater infrastructure systems. The two-year initiative, which is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, will help cities rethink the way they design, plan, implement and finance urban infrastructure.
