Rauschenberg Fee Dispute Goes to Florida Supreme Court
 
A foundation is asking the state Supreme Court to take up a dispute about $24.6 million in fees awarded to trustees who managed the assets of artist Robert Rauschenberg after he died in 2008.
 
The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation filed a notice Friday with the Supreme Court after the 2nd District Court of Appeal upheld awarding the fees to trustees Bennet Grutman, Bill Goldston and Darryl Pottorf. The trio managed assets of a trust in the years after Rauschenberg's death, as the assets were being transferred to the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, according to the Jan. 6 ruling by the 2nd District Court of Appeal. . .
