Private Funding Provides Lifeline For Stem Cell Researchers
Some of the most exciting research in medicine is taking place at the New York Stem Cell Foundation, and almost all its work is being paid for by private donors.
The federal government is prohibited from funding any research that involves synthesizing new stem cell lines.
