Ms. Foundation Returns to Martha’s Vineyard
The Ms. Foundation for Women, the country’s first women’s fund, returns to Martha’s Vineyard for its fourth annual summer celebration of feminism.
This event brings together individuals passionate and fearless in their support for gender equity and social justice, especially in the areas of women’s economic security and advancement, reproductive healthcare access, and safety.
Attendees can enjoy cocktails and wonderful locally grown food at the Grange Hall in West Tisbury, talk about the latest developments in the movement for gender equity, and network with friends and colleagues. Joining Foundation Board Chair Susan Dickler and Ms. Foundation for Women President and CEO Teresa C. Younger will be Linda Burnham, renowned author and strategist on women’s rights and anti-racism, and Carol Jenkins, Emmy®Award winning television journalist and advocate for women’s rights. Proceeds benefit the Ms. Foundation for Women’s grantmaking programs. . .
