More Technology Investment Needed To Boost Outcomes of Social Change Groups
 
If foundations want social change groups to have more impact, they need to step up investments that will help them make better use of technology, writes Geraldine Mannion, of the Carnegie Corporation of New York, along with three co-authors, in an op-ed the Chronicle of Philanthropy.
