Moody's Foundation Announces Winners For Creative Solutions to Contemporary Challenges
The winners of the 2016 Moody's Information to Innovation Challenge – an open, online call for creative solutions to contemporary challenges, presented by The Moody's Foundation – were announced by the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), which ran the competition.
There were two categories for the 2016 Challenge: Health Helper Challenge and the Community Defender Challenge which asked small groups of young people (ages 14-19) to think about and create ways to promote healthier living and advance community values.
Two prizes of $5,000 each were awarded in each category – four prizes total – to the winning teams. An additional award of $500 per winning entry – four in all – was given to the sponsoring school or social organization of the winning team...
