The MetLife Foundation and Sesame Workshop have announced a five year, $20 million partnership to improve financial knowledge and strategies among low- and moderate-income families around the world. Awarded as part of the foundation’s five-year, $200 million commitment to financial inclusion initiatives, the funds will be used to create educational content and multimedia programs that reach nearly 75 million people in up to ten countries. To be launched in 2014 in Brazil, China, India, and Mexico, the initiative will later be expanded to Europe and the Middle East....
