Mertz Gilmore Foundation Request for Proposal: SmartSimple GM360 Implementation and Refinement Consultant
The Mertz Gilmore Foundation is looking for a consultant to help us refine our SmartSimple GMS 360 Platform. We are hoping to engage a consultant who can optimize our application process and make the needed technical changes to improve both internal and external user experience, and help us build staff’s knowledge on the platform. We are a small staff of nine and found we need consultant support as we transition from a paper application to an online application process. We hope to have the consultant in place in Q1.
