The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation’s Lessons From the Field is a compilation of initial research into the foundation’s PropelNext initiative along with the observations of staff and consultants who worked with the grantees.

All PropelNext grantees participated in a three-year program that includes grants, group learning sessions, individualized coaching, performance measurement and a peer network. They gained the mastery to collect, use and apply data for ongoing improvement and learning, converting their passion for serving disadvantaged youth into data-driven insights and practices that amplify their impact on young people’s lives.
