Communities of Color Nonprofit Stabilization Fund (CCNSF) Accepting Applications for 2017

The Communities of Color Nonprofit Stabilization Fund (CCNSF) is accepting applications for 2017. This is the program's third round, having successfully awarded nearly 80 grants last year! Support Center would like to share this opportunity and encourage all groups eligible to apply. Please click here for the application guidelines. 

Application Deadline is September 30, 2016.

The purpose of the CCNSF capacity-building program is to help organizations identify and address their most pressing organizational needs. This fund aims to build the capacity of NYC nonprofits by ensuring that organizations led by people of color are best equipped to meet the needs of the community.The grants are made available to community-based organizations with budgets of up to $2 million. Organizations can apply for funding of up to $35,000 in one of seven areas:

  1. Management information systems design and development;
  2. Financial management and planning;
  3. Evaluation and outcomes system development;
  4. Leadership development;
  5. New program planning and development;
  6. Strategy and organizational development;
  7. Collaboration and strategic alliances.
