Collaborative Funding Opportunity with the NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund
The NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund has launched a collaborative effort to fund nonprofit coalitions/collaborative efforts from across the parks/open spaces, health, arts, and environmental justice sectors to support innovation and systemic changes that will enable New York City to manage open space more effective, equitably, efficiently, and collaboratively.
The aligned funding opportunity through the New York Community Trust is open to additional supported to review proposals until January 19, 2021. The LOI available on NYCT's site details the grant objectives. City Parks Foundation (CPF) is the administrator of the NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund, which is governed by a steering committee of funders.
Funders interested in joining the effort or learning more should contact Emily Sherrod, Grant Administrator (NYCGreenFund@cityparksfoundation.org). Potential grantees may find more information about applying through the NYCT's LOI.
