Citi Foundation Launches RFP for $4.5MM Youth Workforce Fund
Available for Nonprofits Focused on Connecting Young Adults with Employment Opportunities
The Citi Foundation invites leading youth-focused community organizations to submit their innovative ideas for connecting low-income young adults, ages 16-24, to workplace skills training and employment opportunities including full-time jobs, internships and apprenticeships. As part of Pathways to Progress, the $4.5 million competitive Fund will award one-year grants of up to $250,000 to nonprofit organizations across 15 cities in the United States. Grantees will also be provided with technical assistance training, networking opportunities and access to Citi volunteers as part of the Fund.
