Bloomberg Philanthropies Funds $1M Public Art Project
The Spartanburg City Council approved design concepts for a $1 million public art project funded entirely by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
The project, called Seeing Spartanburg in a New Light, will include nine sites across 10 neighborhoods with the culmination of the project expected to be on Oct. 4, when all of the sites will be turned on during National Night Out.
