Bloomberg Backs 'Breathing Lights' Exhibit to Draw Attention to Vacant Buildings
A public art installation called Breathing Lights is aiming to draw attention to vacant buildings in the Capital Region.
Hundreds of vacant properties in Schenectady, Albany and Troy will be illuminated between 6-10 p.m. during October and November. The lights pulse and mimic the rhythm of human breathing.
