Bloggers Falsely Accuse JPMorgan Chase of Employee "LGBT Loyalty Test"
JPMorgan Chase appears to be the victim of right wing bloggers who have been making erroneous posts alleging the bank requires its employees to take an "LGBT loyalty" test.
Equality Matters cites three examples where right wing media made the claim based on a false characterization of an internal Chase employee survey that asked employees to indicate if they were a person with disabilities or a member of the LGBT community, among other related questions.
A Chase spokesperson told TruthOrFiction.com the bank uses the survey, which is not mandatory for employees to complete, to compile internal demographic statistics....
