The Open Society Economic Justice Program has committed $5 million to an innovative new fund focused on reducing racial and gender bias in investment decisions.

Despite feeling unprepared to address students’ growing emotional needs, educators remain committed to providing grief support, express strong interest in training.

The scholarship will cover the tuition and living costs to eliminate financial barriers to higher education for Black college students. Morgan Stanley will also provide support for career skills and readiness.

The Dalio Center for Health Justice is the result of a $50 million grant from Dalio Philanthropies, whose founder Ray Dalio is a NewYork-Presbyterian Trustee and an important thought partner behind the center.
