** This is Part 3 of a Three-Part Series, in partnership with Northern California Grantmakers**
Change starts from within. But where do you begin? This final session will equip philanthropy professionals with practical tools to initiate reporting reform in their organizations. We’ll discuss how to identify key entry points for change, engage internal champions, and build momentum for a shift toward learning-centered reporting.
Attendees will participate in interactive peer discussions to strategize how to navigate resistance, structure conversations with leadership, and craft an actionable implementation plan. Closing the session, organizers will present the opportunity to build a longer-term community of practice, ensuring continued support and impact tracking beyond this series.
