Jelena Kostadinovic

Jelena Kostadinovic is the Senior Manager of Learning, where she works on the planning, design, and execution of programs and events in collaboration with organizational leadership. She oversees meeting production, coordinates program logistics, and supports the creation, collection, and analysis of program data and reports. Jelena is known for her responsive and relationship-centered approach to program development, building strong connections across the membership and broader sector while staying attuned to emerging topics and trends in the field. Jelena coordinates Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET), and she was working with International Grantmakers Network within PNY membership.


A mission-driven program and operations professional, Jelena brings extensive experience in international education, human rights, and policy-focused work. Her background includes managing complex, cross-country initiatives; coordinating trainings and stakeholder engagement; and supporting cross-functional teams in both in-person and remote environments. Earlier in her career, she led human rights and disability advocacy campaigns, facilitated coalition-building with civil society and government partners, and educated youth and young professionals through teaching and leadership development programs.


Jelena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Niš, Serbia, and previously worked at World Education Services (New York) as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Policy, Knowledge, and Data Management team.
