The Governance and Nominating Committee guides the annual process of selecting a slate of candidates for the Board of Directors; the slate is then presented to the membership at PNY's Annual Meeting.
This Committee also proposes which Board members will become officers and presents those choices to the Board at its Spring Meeting.
At least three members of this Committee must be Board members. Although there is no maximum number set for the Governance and Nominating Committee, the majority of its members must be Board members.
