PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join NYC's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) Commissioner Thomas Farley for an overview of the department's priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.
In addition to a dialogue with him, two funders, James Knickman, President and CEO of The New York State Health Foundation and Alissa Yarkony, Program Officer of the Altman Foundation will each discuss his and her experience working with the DOHMH by supporting projects through the Fund for Public Health.
We hope this program will foster a great exchange between funders and policy makers on key health issues and priorities facing our city in this especially challenging economy.
