Strategic volunteerism is a critical component of how corporations harness the time and talent of colleagues at all levels to support nonprofit partners and meet true community needs.
This working group, rooted in the principles of Reimagining Service, provides an opportunity for both corporate grantmakers and corporate volunteer managers to foster a peer network, share successes and challenges, brainstorm on solutions, and explore new opportunities to make a difference in society while supporting business objectives through volunteerism.
At this meeting, we will deep dive into the successes and challenges that corporations and nonprofits face while incorporating and sustaining strategic volunteering in their partnerships. Discussion will focus on the findings of a recent nonprofit survey conducted by Reimaging Service as well as interactive case studies presented by corporate leaders and their nonprofit counterparts.
This session is designed as an interactive working group – and we invite you to contribute, network and share best practices.
