This program is being offered as part of the Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET).

Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET) is designed to address the professional development and networking needs for individuals serving in an administrative support function to senior leadership in their organization. The network meets quarterly and seeks to develop a community for the purpose of sharing questions, experience and resources among peers in a confidential setting.

Our workplaces likely contain employees from all five working generations: Veterans, Baby Boomers, Xers, Millennials, and Linksters. As such, understanding the difference in communication and workstyles among generations can vastly improve your quality of work, your organization’s efficiency, and quality of life within the office.

Join us for this interactive presentation and workshop, presented by PACNet Steering Committee member Bianca Constance. In addition to being an active member of Philanthropy New York’s PACNet and its Steering Committee for several years, she holds the post of Secretary on the Board of Directors for The Foundation of IAAP. Bianca is a firm believer in professional development for all office professionals and has led workshops locally in the New York City area and regionally in the New England area. To that end, she will be presenting a workshop on Communications Across Generations where she will unpack the challenges of working in today’s multi-generational workforce.

Explore
  • The work strengths and communication norms for all five generations
  • Why each generation communicates and works the way that they do
  • How your generation directly compares with other generations
