Join New York Grantmakers in the Arts for a discussion on the broad needs for and uses of capital in the arts.

Explore:
  • Why does capitalization matter and how is it achieved?
  • What is the difference between supplying capital vs. revenue?
  • What are the different types of capital available to arts and culture groups and how should funders think about matching capital to need?
  • How can funders and nonprofits change their planning, communication, and decision-making practices to improve capital?
