CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) teams are a key component of how corporations harness the time and talent of employees to meet community needs. They are also often constrained by small budgets allocated to small teams. In this session, we will discuss examples of how CSR teams can leverage formal and informal employee engagement groups to identify allies that champion corporate volunteerism.
