This program is being offered as part of the Executive Assistants Network, but is relevant to all administrative support staff.

Career progression isn’t only about getting a new job and climbing the career ladder of success — it also requires gaining the tools and resources you need to excel and deliver the best results in your current position. There are numerous, valuable resources available for administrative professionals, but where can we find them?
 
At this peer interactive session, we will explore:
  • Professional development goals shared by your colleagues
  • Organizations, accreditations, conferences and other resources to help you excel in your current position as well as for your career growth 
  • Methods for approaching your manager and/or HR Department to discuss professional development opportunities 
Please come prepared to exchange any relevant resources that you have found helpful in your professional growth. We will also welcome your valuable insights and experiences.
