Carolyn Peters serves as Manager, Learning at Philanthropy New York, where she supports the implementation of educational and community-building programs for PNY members. Prior to joining PNY, she has had extensive experience liaising between donors, educators, and partners at DonorsChoose.org.
Carolyn graduated from Columbia University with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Hispanic Studies. As a student, she volunteered her time to programs that mitigate racial educational inequities. Carolyn continues to engage with these passions by volunteering at Prep for Prep, a leadership development program that offers students of color access to private school education.
