WHOM WE SEEK
We seek an enthusiastic, committed professional who is passionate about and experienced in recruitment to help fill staff vacancies and align overall recruitment activities with RPA’s goals for hiring and retention. In addition, the qualified candidate should demonstrate commitment to RPA’s values of integrity, diversity, quality, and trust.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruitment Specialist will support full-cycle recruiting for positions within RPA’s Core Employee population, and may support the recruitment for Sponsored Project positions as needed. The responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers with scheduling interviews, reference and background checks and candidate communications. (This position will initially be hired on a temporary basis and will be assessed for continuation beyond one year at the conclusion of the first six months.)
Primary responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future hires
+ Source and recruit candidates using social media and professional sites, e.g., LinkedIn
+ Screen resumes and job applications
+ Utilize ATS platform (Jobvite) to organize, track and measure the full-cycle recruitment process
+ Create requisitions in Jobvite and post job ads in various portals
+ Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
+ Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
+ Schedule interviews virtual and/or in-person interviews for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
+ Conduct reference checks and, as needed, background checks
+ Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
+ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
+ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: BA/BS degree required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience
Skills/Knowledge
+ Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, with in-depth sourcing experience using a variety of sourcing methods
+ Hands-on experience with job boards such as Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
+ Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, etc.
+ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite a plus)
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Enthusiasm for talent acquisition
+ Commitment to Integrity, Diversity Trust and Quality
