Whether you are working with someone who sits next to you or someone who works on the other side of the world, building relationships is crucial to achieving your objectives and those of your organization. Networking can help you build mutually supportive relationships with other professionals. It is a great way of sharing knowledge, ideas and expertise and building your professional profile.

Successful networking is also about connecting with others and that means conversational skills are critical. How to engage in small talk and then transition to smart talk? How to introduce yourself effectively – and memorably? How to stay in touch with contacts and develop lasting, effective business relationships?
