Salary Survey
Each year, Philanthropy New York partners with the Council on Foundations to conduct a salary survey of New York City metro area foundations. Philanthropy New York members may access the annual regional reports below, which includes the median, mean, and range of salaries by position, and within position by asset range.
In addition, survey participants have access to the salary databank through an online benchmarking tool: https://bmc.cof.org. If you participated in the survey and need your login information, please contact Terri Ashton at the Council on Foundations (terri.ashton@cof.org).
